Here’s the Beer School Menu for the evening:

  1. Amuse Bouche – OLIVE BRUSHETTA w/ valley grown olives, heirloom tomato, capers and grilled CVB spent grain bread. Paired with Desert Swarm w/ blood orange
  2. Starter – PEACH & RASPBERRY COLD SOUP cucumber, red pepper, Framboys Wild Sour Ale, and basil oil. Paired with Framboys Wild Sour Ale
  3. Entree – PORK RAGU and creamy mascarpone IPA polenta paired with Dubbel Date
  4. Dessert – BEERAMISU paired and made with Coffee Whopper brewed with Joshua Tree Coffee Co
